I think I mentioned that I'm not doing NaNo, but using it as a sort of guideliney thing to get revisions done on The Novel. Which means I'm going to bore you all to death with progress updates, as a way to have accountability to myself.
Yesterday: 1 scene rewritten from a different POV; 1300 words. End chapter 2.
Today: 1/2 scene rewritten from a different POV. 500 words.
My goal is to get through 2 chapters a week (at least) in revisions. Some chapters I need to rewrite wholesale, others just need the usual tweaking around "er, these words need to be snappier" and "you didn't explain X, go do that."
Chapter 3, I've decided, needs to be from a different POV than I wrote it in originally, so I get to both rewrite *and* make new scenes entire. Joy.
