Today, I started a first pass through the novel. I got about halfway through, fixed a few continuity-related things, made notes, and stuck little "fix:" tags on each scene. There are some sections with notes like "this doesn't work" and simply "elaborate!" I can already tell getting through the first set of revisions is going to be fun.
Even so, I got about 350-400 words net.
I really want to sleep, but I have to leave for weapons class in half an hour. Maybe I can persuade Ben to go to bed early tonight. He doesn't really believe in it, but, damn, I'm tired. I haven't gotten enough sleep in over a week!
Though I've managed to sleep until close to my alarm the last couple mornings. If only I could get to bed at a reasonable hour...
