So, since Worldcon is in Australia in 2010, the NASFiC is happening, and it's going to be right here in Raleigh (at Ye Swanky Convention Centre.)
I asked around what happens at a NASFiC, and it seems that it's mostly dependent upon the concom. So I have no clue. I'm intrigued, and it's not far, even. But I have no idea if I'd be bored, out of place, etc.
(I wonder, should I ask Phil if he knows any of these folks? Since he *does* seem to know every damn nerd in the Triangle.)
