Also... if someone stands up, is the Air Marshal going to shoot them immediately? Because otherwise, the terrorist will - guess what - ZOMG NOT OBEY THE RULES! Or, y'know, just hide The Device 1:01 minutes before landing. Or, yes, set it off early. Or...
