Hermann, Maria, Paul, and at least a couple of Hermann and Maria's kids look like they were all living in Jersey Shore, PA, which appears to be down the road a bit from Lock Haven.
Your grandfather's mother had family in the States too -- in and around Corning, NY, it looks like. I found some photos of her father and mother, posted by other folks. I can download and send if you're interested.
