I think it's a great idea and a great ideaL, but it's not practical or achievable for a lot of people, for a lot of reasons. Making it achievable for everyone would require a large-scale restructuring of American society, starting with getting rid of the subsidies that allow factory farming to happen and shifting them to small-scale farmers. And also making the minimum wage a living wage.
