I'm so glad it worked for you :D I improvise a lot of recipes, which makes it hard to tell other people how to do it. (It's also true that a real strudel pastry is made in a process similar to a croissant, but, seriously, who's got time for *that*? Frozen puff pastry is so much easier.)
