This exactly is why I'm skeptical of the fad evolutionary diets (have you heard of the paleo diet? Apparently humans haven't evolved in 10000 years of agriculture to digest wheat, so we MUST EAT ONLY MEAT! And vegetables, because I guess they don't count as agriculture.) and the raw food craze.
