When 08th is on, it's really on, isn't it? My answers to this meme really didn't indicate how close the running was between 08th's ending and W's, if only because I am ridiculously character-biased and always will be, but it is pretty great. And yeah, it's an OVA.
(Obviously, it's not my favorite, but that doesn't mean I don't recognize quality when it happens.)
