Right now I'm actually taking two thyroid hormones--the levothyroxine/Synthroid at 137mcg, and liothyronine/Cytomel at 1-2 tablets of 5mcg as needed. I've found that this has been helpful for fine-tuning the amount I need in my system. I don't know if that'd work for you but in case it's an option, I'm mentioning!
