I wrote a scene today. I decided to leave out some boring things and rearrange a little.
I think if I can get through an average of two scenes a day, I should be able to hit my target (1/15, anyway). Some scenes will be easier, others will be harder, and there are some that I need to rewrite completely. But on average, 2 a day will get me 10 a week, which (actually) works out to about 3 chapters. I just need to spend 90 minutes twice a day with the internet turned off so I can focus. I love twitter, but it can get distracting quick.
Of course, since I'm planning to go to Pilates twice a week, that will affect how much time I have. But health is good, and I like Pilates, because it a) gets me out of the house and b) makes me strong, and in winter I get lazy, so classes are good.
Then again, I could quit being such a slacker and get some work in on weekends...
