By "bad breeding" do you mean things like no one taught them to share when they were younger? I thought 'bad breeding' was used to refer to things Not Done by those with class (cf).
The unwillingness to learn from others combines with the insistence that their experiences are generalizable to the entire population to be one serious mess of privilege.
"Help those who have less" is great (if often patronizing in practice); "fuck those who have less" is sociopathic. But then, if we woke up in Libertarian Utopia tomorrow, society would come to an end, so maybe that's a feature, not a bug, in their eyes.
