Fuck, fuck, fuck. They're saying this eruption wossname could last for days or weeks, and that the last one lasted TWO YEARS. It could continue disrupting travel in Europe for days or weeks, and no one knows.

I don't have time right now to flip the fuck out about how my travel plans could collapse completely and I'll be out lots of money and extremely disappointed and it'll be terrible, as much as I would like to do just that.

I really hope I don't have to flip the fuck out.

Yeah, but I haven't seen anything about trans-Atlantic flights going anywhere yet. I'm stalking news sites like a fiend.

I heard in passing that there was a volcano eruption in Europe, which made me go "whut?"

I hope that the eruptions stop soon and you still get to go. D: Also I am a bit worried cos my sister is in London and they're worried about health issues what with all the ash. Looks like the stream is going just through the northward area of the UK tho...

Airports from London to Prague are closed. The ash cloud is currently over most of northern Europe. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/8623534.stm is saying disruptions will go into the weekend, and http://www.delta.com/traveling_checkin/flight_status_updates/advisories/iceland_volcano/index.jsp is Delta's current advisory list. (I'm flying Delta.)
