I would be okay with Ivan marrying as long as he does something in the process to annoy his mother, like marrying a prole or eloping. :D Not that I have anything against Alys, really; it's just that her tendency to Always Be Right in social situations gets a little boring. (This is why I adore fic wherein Cordelia manages to baffle or dismay her with Odd Betan Notions.)
