I did #1k1h today with
matt_doyle, and I got 776 words in that hour. I finished the train of thought I was on about 10 minutes later, and had 882 words. Considering I don't plan what I write, that isn't bad.
So, +882, 8604/90000. 7 scenes. At this stage, I'm mostly interested in pressing forward rather than going back and editing/revising what I've done, except where I break continuity later. Which I haven't done yet, I don't think, so I'm OK. I've put in a few bracketed notes to remind myself of things I want to deal with later. I can search for [ and find them easily.
Fun and excitement.
