I have a beautiful two year-old German Shepherd named Tila who needs a home. Her owner was going to abandon her, and so I brought her home this weekend. I have contacted several local groups, none of which can take her in right now without me fostering her. Unfortunately, I cannot do that because one of my cats has started to act extraordinarily aggressive since Tila arrived and has already tried attacking Tila. I currently have them separated, but this is by no means a long-term solution.
Tila is a very sweet, very good dog who is fixed and up-to-date on all her shots. While I would love to find her a forever home, anyone who is willing and able to foster her while a local organization searches for a home for her would also be a blessing. Tila is a gentle dog with a kind disposition who is used to being kept inside. German Shepherd dogs are very intelligent, so Tila needs lots of interaction to keep her from getting bored. She takes commands well, and has been very good on her leash when I've taken her for walks.
