Ich kann Blumenkohl nur essen, wenn sie nicht zu weich gekocht ist. Aber auch nicht ganz roh. Mushy food is unpleasant. Broccoli und Spinat mag ich, aber (ach, wie hießen eigentlich brussel sprouts auf Deutsch? Fällt mir aus! Something-kohl, Kohl-something...) hab ich nie probiert.
