At the end
I've reached the end of the current draft. I have to go back and rewrite two of the first three chapters, once I figure out how to fix them. I currently have 73,700 words.
I still may have to add more scenes to make it longer or fill in gaps (there are a few places where it jumps a bit in time without much explanation), and I know I have to add exposition and the internal stuff, what the characters see/hear/feel/smell. We'll see how long it ends up being.
In the meantime, I'm reading a draft for someone else and hopefully honing my crit skills in the process.
