It finally died. His boss looked at their finances and they weren't getting enough income, so he's retiring and shutting it down, effective 4/30. Our insurance is paid through the end of this month, at least, so yay.

He's got applications out at a bunch of places in the area, so hopefully one of them will bite sooner than later. He got a programming test from a game company and is working on that now. Google is s l o w, and he may get a friend to shake that tree again.

So the prospect of him not finding work again is a bit stressful to me, because my grad student income is going to be crap, and we'll have two sets of bills etc etc. At least UGA has cheap insurance and a good student health facility.
