Yeah. Though my sister lived in people's basements, and I have to say I'm not terribly keen on that experience. Her last place was nifty, had a turret window and all, but the electric fixtures were lacking. She melted the plug to a lamp because it was plugged in to the same outlet as a space heater. O_o

This is all 2 years off, if at all, but I like getting all the information I can in advance. Yay planning.
